Mr. Biglen was able to install a fan system in my HP Pavilion Lap-top at very low cost. Additionally, Mr. Biglen was able to trouble shoot and fix a boot problem that major computer repair shops (my note: Including HP's own Warranty Repair) could not fix. I found Mr. Biglen to be professional, very reasonable cost and computer knowledge that surpassed that of the 'experts' who tried to fix my Lap-top. I highly recommend Michael Biglen.

My laptop serves many purposes for me, including online work, school, banking, job searching, and more. I have tons of music and photos on my computer, all organized into nice little folders etc. While I do backup my documents, and my pictures and music as I get new photos or music, my backup discs are not organized the way that everything is on my computer. When my antivirus software let me down, and a Trojan bug got through, my computer slowly started to show signs of a virus, and even doing virus scans and quarantines couldn’t help. My internet started doing weird things, then my CD/DVD drive stopped working (meaning I couldn’t back things to disc that I had not yet backed up,) then my some of my software and programs wouldn’t open, then it got to the point that I couldn’t even open my computer in safe mode. When I turned my laptop on, I either couldn’t log in to Windows, or if I could log in, Windows would not show up…I just saw a blank desktop screen. IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING!
I left my laptop to collect dust for over a month because I did not have the money to get it fixed. I looked at Geek Squad and other places online that charged $199 just to start the cleanup process. Finally, after losing my job, and needing to find another one, but being strapped for cash since now unemployed, I knew I should try to get my comp fixed so I could use it to job search, write cover letters, send out my resume, etc.
I found Biglen PC’s on craigslist, and was hesitant to spend money, or have someone work on my laptop. I was so mad at my computer, I just wanted to get a new one and say “screw you, four year friend!”
But boy, am I ever glad that I didn’t’ try to buy a new computer, or let mine continue to collect dust, and that I made the choice to get mine worked on. I am gratefully satisfied with the work that Mr. Biglen did. He came over the same day I called him, got to working on my laptop, cleaned it up, fully restored it, and I was able to turn my computer on and have:
All my documents (including resume & cover letters) saved!
ALL my pictures safe and sound in their happy little organized folders!
ALL my music still there, and my iTunes library and playlists intact!
ALL my internet bookmarks still bookmarked!
NO NASTY BUG INFECTING MY BELOVED LAPTOP!
Not only that, but I spent far less then I would have anywhere else. I bought this guy lunch because he’s so good! Thanks “Mr. Big” for taking a great weight off my shoulders! I will be contacting you in the future for sure, and I will refer you to anyone in PC need!
